What are Mini Apps?
A Mini App is your own web app, opened inside CrackPay and connected to the CrackPay user's wallet. You host it on your own domain. CrackPay loads it, hands it the user's account, and asks the user to confirm anything it wants to send.
CrackPay is a self-custodial USD stablecoin wallet on Arc, Circle's blockchain where USDC is the gas token. Every CrackPay user holds dollars, signs with a passkey, and never sees a seed phrase or a gas fee. Your Mini App inherits all of that.
How Mini Apps run
Mini App (your domain, in a frame) CrackPay
@crackpay/miniapp-sdk ── request ──▶ 1. checks your app's listing
2. asks the user to confirm
◀── result ─── 3. signs with their passkey, sends
- Connected on load. Your app gets the user's account the moment it starts. There is no "Connect wallet" button in a Mini App.
- CrackPay holds the keys. Your app asks; CrackPay shows the request in its own interface, the user approves with Face ID, a fingerprint or their screen lock, and CrackPay sends it. Your code never sees a key.
- Gas is sponsored. Users never need a gas token, and your app never estimates or pays fees.
- Final in under a second. When a transaction call returns, the payment has happened.
Two ways to start
-
Recommended: install the CrackPay skills and ask your AI coding assistant for a Mini App. It scaffolds a working app from our starter, wired to the SDK, in one prompt.

@crackpay/miniapp-sdkto get the wallet, with viem for contract calls. React and wagmi are supported.- Auto-connect on load. Never show a "Connect wallet" button.
- A phone-first UI. CrackPay gives your app a column at most 420 px wide.
- HTTPS, and a server that lets CrackPay show your app in a frame.
Testing and listing
You can load any URL into CrackPay with Developer mode and test it with your own account. To appear for every user, submit your app for listing: CrackPay's team reviews it and records the URL it loads from and the contracts it may call.
